BDC Fishing Excursion is On!

Mission Overview: A friendly little salmon fishing competition where workplace “street cred” is on the line.
Destination: The fertile fishing grounds of Buoy 10, Astoria, Ore. where the powerful tides of the mighty Pacific meet the treacherous waters of the Columbia, described by Meriwether Lewis of the Lewis & Clark expedition as “boiling and whirling in every direction.”
Time: 0900 Hours, Sunday August 29, 2010.
Objective: To land the biggest Chinook and Coho Salmon possible: Oncorhynchus tshawytscha and Oncorhynchus kisutch if you want to get all scientific about it.
Notes: Unconfirmed sources report that various wagers are on the line, including large monetary sums, pink slips to vehicles and high-value parking spots in or around the Oregon City area.  Images of this historic event to follow, stay tuned.
